How does this work?

Phase 1 - Week 1-3

Start strong with quick, effective 20-minute workouts designed to get you moving consistently. You’ll build the habit of showing up while rotating through upper body, lower body, cardio, and core sessions—creating a solid foundation without overwhelming your schedule.

PHASE 2 - week 4-6

Now that the habit is set, it’s time to level up. Workouts extend to 30 minutes and shift into a push, pull, legs split with added cardio and full upper/lower sessions. This phase keeps the energy high, the variety fresh, and the results coming as your strength and endurance grow.

Weekly CHALLENGES
